Cooking Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven to 400˚ F
2. Open Pizza and discard cardboard round.
3. Place frozen pizza(s) on baking sheet.
4. Heat 8-10 minutes. (may vary)
5. Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving.
Caution: Contents may be hot.
You can also use a Toaster Oven.
Do not microwave pizzas.

- How do I order the pizzas
with toppings?
- The pizzas are shipped plain cheese/sauce and you top them any way you like
at home.
Some of our customers have sent us their
favorite toppings.
You can personalize Pizza
Fit'n Free
to correspond with the Calories
you have remaining for the day. So LOAD them up with your
favorite toppings and enjoy pizza again!
Note: The FDA will not allow us to ship our
pizzas with toppings. The pictures on our site are examples
of our favorite toppings.
- How many Points®
are your pizzas?
- One 7" cheese pizza is 4 Unofficial Points®
on Weight Watchers®.

- Can I eat your pizza on
the Nutrisystem®
program?
- Although we are not affiliated with the Nutrisystem®
program, our Nutrisystem®
customers usually replace one meal item with our pizza. Most
of them replace the Nutrisystem®
pizza with Pizza Free because it's larger.
- How do I change my Paypal
shipping address?
- You will need to login to your Paypal account by going
to www.paypal.com. On
the main screen enter your email address and password; on
the next page click the Profile tab on top; on the next page
click Street Address; on the next page click add to enter a
new shipping address. Once you have entered your new
address, click the dot next to your old address and press
delete.
- How do I know when my
order will arrive?
- You may click
HERE to view
when your order will ship and when it is expected to arrive.
When you order, you will receive a ship date email from us
with more information about your order.. Also on the day
your order ships, you will receive an email from UPS with
your tracking number and expected delivery date.
- Do you make a whole wheat
pizza?
- Our pizza crust is made out of 20% whole wheat. We
currently do not make a pizza made entirely out of whole
wheat.
- I am allergic to
tomatoes, can I order your pizzas with just cheese?
- Yes. We would be happy to special make your
pizzas. Please place your order online by Thursday afternoon
so that we can special make them Saturday morning.
After you place your
order online,
email us and let us know that you
do not want sauce on the pizzas. Please note that we
do not have a nutritional label for plain cheese pizzas. The
facts on the label will be a little different without sauce.
- Can I send Pizza Free as
a gift?
- Yes. During checkout, enter the persons name and address
that you would like to send the pizzas to. An invoice
will not be including in the box so they will not see the
charges.
- Do you sell your pizzas
wholesale?
- Yes. If you live locally or will be in the Akron, Ohio
area please visit our
pickup hours page
for directions and hours. If you have a store and would like
to order Pizza Free in large quantities (1000+) please visit
our franchise page and fill out
the forms online. We will then contact you with more
information.
- Do you ship to Alaska or
Hawaii?
- The pizzas can not be in the mail more than 3 days and
shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is very expensive. Unlike shipping in the
Continental U.S., we can not
guarantee the pizzas will arrive in good condition because
of the distance they must travel. If you are willing to take
the risks and pay the shipping cost,
email us with the details.
- How long does it take to
get an order?
- We strive to get you your pizzas as fast as possible.

- How safe is it to order
online?
- Our shopping cart uses
Paypal's
secure 128-bit high encryption when transmitting sensitive
data. A 'lock' icon will appear in the bottom-right of your
browser window when you are asked to enter your address and
credit-card information, telling you your data is secure. We
also accept Paypal Payments if you don't want to use a
credit card.
- Is is ok if I'm not home
when the package arrives?
- Yes, there is a huge perishable sticker on each package
so that the UPS carrier will leave them at your doorstep if you are not at home. If you are at work please refreeze
the pizzas when you come home. They are designed to be
a deli pizza so they stay refrigerated in our specially
designed box until you can refreeze them. If you are going
out of town, you can
email us before they ship and we will hold your order
until you return home. You can find out when your order

- Can I just buy one pizza
to try them?
- Our specially designed cooler fits 6 pizzas exactly.
With the costs of packing material, it would not be cost
effective to mail one pizza. If you are worried you
won't like them, take the advice of our past customers.

- Can I just buy crusts?
- The U.S. Dept. of Agriculture will not permit us to sell
the crusts separate because they are not marked for
individual sale (nutrition information, etc.) We would need
to have the crust tested by a FDA certified lab and then
make labels just for the crusts. This is a very expensive
process that we cannot do at this time.
- How many servings are in
one 7" pizza?
- The entire 7" pizza is one serving (see complete
nutrition facts above). Contrast that with those “other”
pizzas: we give you 4 times the pie and still no fat!
- Can a diabetic eat these
pizzas?
- We currently have customers who have diabetes eat our
pizzas. If you have diabetes we suggest eating our pizzas
under the advice of a physician. All foods, both sugar
and sugar free, need to be evaluated in the diet of each
individual who has diabetes. Since diabetics have
other concerns besides just sugar. See Nutritional Facts
above.
- Can Vegetarians eat
these pizzas?
- We have vegetarians order all the time because our
pizzas do not have meat on them. We do note however that
there is cheese (dairy) on the pizzas. Some
vegetarians eat dairy (Lacto-Vegetarian)
and some do not. Read over the ingredient list
on the top of the page to see if Pizza Fit'n Free is right
for you.
- Does the pizzas contain
MSG?
- No, our pizzas do not contain MSG (Monosodium
Glutamate).
- If I live in Akron can I
pick them up?
- Yes, we sell our pizzas wholesale at our manufacturing
facility located in Akron, Ohio. Click
HERE for prices, directions, and
times we will be open.
- Are your pizzas Kosher?
- Sorry, they are not Kosher.
- How is your cheese fat
free?
- We have developed a way to process the fat out of the
cheese, similar to the way they process the fat out of skim
milk. The cheese is 100% real dairy mozzarella cheese with
no fat substitutes.
- What is EL7 dough relaxer?
- EL7 is a natural based dough relaxer.
The necessary soft dough
characteristics for hand forming are achieved through water
absorption. Higher absorption levels provide the softer,
more extensible dough characteristics necessary for hand
forming. Occasionally, water alone may not be sufficient, so
a small amount of a dough relaxer such as EL7 might be
called for...We use it to improve the texture of the crust.
- Do you ship to other
countries?
- The pizzas can not be in the mail more than 3 days and
shipping to outside countries is very expensive. We
currently can not ship outside the Continental US.
- How are the pizzas
shipped?

- Is Pizza Fit'n Free
available in stores?
- You can only get our pizzas online at
www.pizzafree.com. They are
not available in stores at this time.
- What is the shelf life of
the pizzas?
- The shelf life of our pizzas is 6 Months after shipping
(if kept frozen).
