All orders placed between Monday and Sunday night are processed and shipped that Monday. We only ship on Monday since there is no delivery service during the weekend. Our product would spoil during the weekend if we shipped any other day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from UPS with your order tracking information. Please check your inbox and "Spam" folder for that email.

Our pizzas are shipped frozen in a foam cooler with dry ice. Dry ice evaporates and is just meant to keep the pizzas cool long enough for you to refreeze them. If there is dry ice left in your box, do not touch it with your bare hands.
