I like to use turkey pepperoni (half serving), chopped red onion, Alfredo sauce (half serving; or replace with a small amount of Italian pesto sauce), Mrs. Dash Italian seasoning, and low-fat grated cheese.  Cook until extra-crispy.  This fits great with my Nutrisystem plan!

Put a little BBQ sauce on top, add pieces of grilled or baked chicken & red onions for BBQ Chicken pizza.

I use the vegetarian fake beef crumbles and mix them with fat free mayo, mustard and ketchup and put that on top of the pizza. Then I slice up some onions and put them on before baking it. Once it's baked I add fresh chopped lettuce, tomatoes and pickles to top off this delicious burger style pizza.

I use Ostrum natural beef sticks chopped up to taste like sausage!  I also regularly put broccoli, mushrooms, black olives and peppers!

Ramen Thai:  Boil some Ramen noodles (don't use the provided spice packet) and then fry the noodles in a skillet with Thai Peanut Sauce.  In a separate skillet, brown some chicken - then add it to the noodle mixture.  Apply a layer of the Thai Peanut Sauce to the pizza base - then put the noodle and chicken mixture over the top.  Cook until done and enjoy!

My favorite Pizza free topping is sautéed onions and pepper sofrito.... while the pizza is toasting i like to saute a few tablespoons of onion and a few tablepoons of red pepper in olive oil and garlic, seasoning with salt, pepper, and dried thyme. only take a few minutes.

I discovered a delicious topping today at lunch. I used a Morningstar veggie burger- cut it in small pieces and seasoned with garlic salt. After cooking the pizza I used the cardboard to press down on the top of the pizza so the veggie burger would sink down into the cheese. Added a little more seasoning. Delish!

My favorite would be to make a Cowboy Pizza.  Add black beans, jalapeños, some Pace Picante sauce and a touch of low fat Pepper Jack cheese.  What a kick!  (Rolaids are optional.)

I roast veggies! I place sliced zucchini, yellow squash, red peppers, yellow onion, broccoli florets and cauliflower on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Spray the veggies, grind black pepper or some red pepper flakes and into a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes. The sweetness of the veggies on top of the pizza makes a delicious and very satisfying dinner!

I like a breakfast pizza.  Scramble up some egg beaters (or whole eggs).  Sprinkle over pizza and add your favorite breakfast meats.  Sausage, bacon, Canadian bacon, ham or any combo of those. For an alternative you can add some veggies while cooking the eggs as well.  Mushrooms, onions, peppers, etc.

I love making a fettuccine alfredo pizza! I use one package of shirataki noodles, 1 tsp. fat free sour cream, 2 tsp. reduced fat Parmesan grated cheese, 1 wedge of the original laughing cow Swiss cheese, and a little salt and pepper. Shredded or diced chicken would be great mixed into this topping as well as fresh spinach. I coat the entire crust with this topping and bake in the oven until the cheeses become bubbly and the noodles are a little crispy and crunchy on the top. It is the best of pizza and pasta for minimal calories! I really hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

My family always fights over my pizza with sun dried tomatoes,  a drizzle of reduced balsamic vinegar and fresh basil. Another family favorite is Morning star Italian sausage sliced on top. I grate fresh parmesan cheese over the pizza when it comes out of the oven. I never thought eating healthy pizza could be so good! Thanks for making them!!

Lite Taco Pizza: Sauté garlic and chopped onions in 1 tsp of olive oil, then add 1/2 c of canned crushed tomatoes, 1/2 c of Morningstar soy crumbles, cumin, coriander, lots of chili powder and a smidge of smoked paprika. Simmer until sauce is thick like chili. Spread it over the pizza and bake at 400 for 12-13 minutes.

Start by putting 1 tsp. olive oil on pizza.  Next, I add pepper, garlic powder and 1/2 Tablespoon fat free parmesan cheese.  I then put on sliced mushrooms, sliced red pepper, sliced green pepper and sliced onions.  I then put on another tsp. olive oil and 1/2 Tablespoon fat free parmesan cheese.  Top with serving of turkey pepperoni and bake.

Pizza Free is good with anything, but my favorite way to enjoy it is with grilled veggies (onions, cherry tomatoes, red and yellow peppers and mushrooms).  We grill them, then place the pizza on a grilling pan, top with the veggies and a little low fat string cheese that has been pulled apart.  This is our favorite campground food.

1 can garlic and onions, diced tomatoes, 1 can artichoke quarters, 1 can cut asparagus, 3 Tbs. roasted red pepper and onion relish, 2 Portabella mushroom caps, broiled to tender (include mushroom juices in sauce), I mix all the ingredients and top my frozen pizza before putting it in the oven.   I bake the pizza at 400 deg F for 10 minutes, then broil (high) for 2 additional minutes. I am a vegetarian (do eat eggs and dairy) and a Weight Watcher.  Pizza Fit'n Free are perfect for me.

Fajita Pizza.  Cooked or grilled chicken strips (I use frozen), sliced and sautéed onions and red peppers.  Sprinkle over all with Chile powder and ground cumin.  Bake.  Serve with salsa on the side.
Avocado Shrimp Pizza.  Spiced sautéed shrimp (I use Gorton's grilled shrimp, just microwave what you need), chopped into 1" chunks or leave whole, if you wish.  Add sliced avocado and top with a light sprinkling of mozzarella.  Bake.  Drizzle with fat free Mayo thinned with fat free cream before serving.

When I make meatballs I also make mini ones for my pizza a spoon full of marina sauce, topped with Mini Italian style turkey meatballs, and top with basil shredded and about 1/4 cup or less of drained diced seasoned tomatoes, with a sprinkling of Fat Free cheese. There is also shredded zucchini and shredded carrots and basil shredded.

While my pizza is heating up, I take a bag of baby spinach and sauté it with a can of diced tomatoes that contain basil, garlic and balsamic vinegar. I sprinkle on some reduced fat parmesan cheese. When the pizza is ready I spoon the spinach/tomato mixture on top. It's delicious!
