I like to use turkey
pepperoni (half serving), chopped red onion,
Alfredo sauce (half serving; or replace with a
small amount of Italian pesto sauce), Mrs. Dash
Italian seasoning, and low-fat grated cheese.
Cook until extra-crispy. This fits great with
my Nutrisystem plan!

Ramen Thai: Boil
some Ramen noodles (don't use the provided spice
packet) and then fry the noodles in a skillet
with Thai Peanut Sauce. In a separate skillet,
brown some chicken - then add it to the noodle
mixture. Apply a layer of the Thai Peanut Sauce
to the pizza base - then put the noodle and
chicken mixture over the top. Cook until done
and enjoy!

I love making a
fettuccine alfredo pizza! I use one package of
shirataki noodles, 1 tsp. fat free sour cream, 2
tsp. reduced fat Parmesan grated cheese, 1 wedge
of the original laughing cow Swiss cheese, and a
little salt and pepper. Shredded or diced
chicken would be great mixed into this topping
as well as fresh spinach. I coat the entire
crust with this topping and bake in the oven
until the cheeses become bubbly and the noodles
are a little crispy and crunchy on the top. It
is the best of pizza and pasta for minimal
calories! I really hope you enjoy it as much as
I do!

thick like chili. Spread it over the pizza and
bake at 400 for 12-13 minutes.

mozzarella. Bake. Drizzle with fat
free Mayo thinned with fat free cream before
serving.

My favorite way to top them is with Fat Free
Ricotta, Roasted Red Peppers, Crushed Garlic and
a light sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. I've also
topped them with a tossed salad after baking to
make a Salad Pizza. This is especially good with
grilled chicken and olives.

I put Italian seasoning on the bottom, then
Turkey pepperoni, onions, mushrooms, olives, and
banana peppers. Delicious!

pepperoni, spinach, thin-sliced tomatoes, and
fresh mushrooms. As a Weight Watchers®
life-timer, these pizzas are perfectly portioned
and definitely hit the spot!
