We take great care to ensure the quality and freshness of our products. However, if you are not entirely happy with your pizza, we will gladly provide a refund.
You must send the remaining pizzas (at least 5 pizzas out of a 6 pack, 10 pizzas out of a 12 pack or 22 pizzas out of a 24 pack) back to us in the cooler they were shipped in. If you do not have the cooler, please place the pizzas in a plastic bag and place them in a cardboard box. Ship them as cheaply as you can. Please include your full billing name, address, phone number, and order number so we can refund your money.
You will receive a refund of the original purchase price less shipping.

Shipping charges to send back the pizzas are not refundable. Please allow 1-7 days after we receive your package to credit your credit card.
It is our policy that the pizzas must be returned to receive a refund. Sorry no exceptions.
